2. Subscriptions

2.1 How to Restore Purchases

Go to the Premium screen in the app and tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.

2.2 How to Cancel a Subscription

  • iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Empire Inc > Cancel Subscription
  • Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Empire Inc > Cancel

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access until then.

2.3 Refunds

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. For refund requests, please contact Apple or Google directly through their respective support channels.

3. Account

3.1 Delete Your Account

Go to Settings in the app and scroll down to "Delete Account". This will permanently delete your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

3.2 Progress Not Saving

Make sure you have a stable internet connection. Your game progress is saved to our servers automatically. If the issue persists, try closing and reopening the app or contact us at support@empireinc.app.

  • Description of the issue
  • Your device model and OS version
  • Steps to reproduce the problem
  • Screenshots or screen recordings (if possible)
